Church
on the Moor

We meet together (and with God) every Sunday morning at 10:15am for clear biblical teaching, honest prayer, a bit of toast, and a crack. We share our lives together, around Jesus throughout the week too.

Our Foundation

Four Core Aims

Our life as a local church family is shaped by four straightforward commitments rooted in scripture and our home town. We hope to grow in each of these week-by-week.

Bible-Centred

Gospel-Proclaiming

Jesus-Centred Community

On Cleator Moor

We open the scriptures verse by verse, letting God's word shape our faith, our church, and our lives on Cleator Moor.

We share the radical good news of Jesus' cross and resurrection, offering real hope to sinners like us.

We walk alongside one another through ordinary trials and joys, practising sincere hospitality, practical care and pointing each other to Jesus.

We desire to be rooted here. We live and serve Jesus on Cleator Moor, loving the folk here, being involved in their lives and building relationships.

The Joy of the Gospel

"Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."

Romans 5:1
